Please be sure to read our policies prior to booking. Deposits are non refundable, however will go towards a future appointment if you or I need to reschedule. You have a 10 min grace period before your appointment is canceled. You will receive a text from me the day of at 8am as a final confirmation. Please be sure to respond to let me know if you’ll be coming or if any changes have been made so we can reschedule.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing me to be your artist! Please ensure to arrive on time and contact me if you are not able to make your appointment. NO extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced as well. All customers must sign and complete waiver provided in order to be serviced. Please be sure to eat and hydrate prior to appointment. I will not service anyone under the influence. For any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me. Deposits are nonrefundable, however if you cancel your appointment and need to reschedule your deposit will go towards the new appointment you set. Bookings are accepted and confirmed as soon as your deposit is received. Please bring cash for all remaining balances. No-Call/No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 20% of the scheduled service cost.
